These brand new villas are furnished to the same high standard as our other properties. Each villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and they will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Each villa is set in its own beautiful garden with a lovely private swimming pool. Situated on a quite road over looking orange groves in the charming village of Falesia, the villas are ideally situated for the beach and all other local amenities making car hire not essential.

The villas are built over 3 floors and consist of an entrance hall leading into a breakfast kitchen. The kitchen has all the home comforts including dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a small dining area in the kitchen. French doors lead off the kitchen on to the patio.

The lounge and dining area lead off the hall. This is a large airy room and will contain large sofas seating up to 8 people along with a dining table seating 8. There is a large LCD satellite television in the main lounge with a DVD and CD player. The room is fully air-conditioned.

There are 2 sets of French doors in the lounge. The first leading off from the back of the property onto the patio area over looking the pool. The second French doors lead off from the dining area onto the side of the house where there is a grassed area covered by a pergola.

Completing the ground floor accommodation is a ground floor shower room.

Carrying on downstairs there is a further twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room.

There is also a small utility area containing a washing machine.

Onto the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms. The Master suite over looks the garden and pool. There is a king-size bed and ample storage. Leading off the master suite is a luxury ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin rooms again with ample storage. Completing the up stairs accommodation is a further family shower room.

All upstairs bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

The outside space with these properties is very spacious. Each garden has its own swimming pool surrounded by a lovely grassed area containing sun beds. On the patio there is a large BBQ area.

The properties all have underground garaging entered via an electric door making the properties very private and secure.

The overall quality and position of the villas make them a must for anyone looking for a luxury property in a lovely Portuguese village close to the breathtaking beach of Falesia.
